abstract |
In the present invention, L-methionine and L-isoleucine are required to prepare L-threonine by fermentation of microorganisms. Mutant strains susceptible to fluoro pyruvate and resistant to diaminosuccinic acid and alpha-methylserine were separated by aerobic cultivation of sugars such as glucose as a carbon source. A method for accumulating high concentrations of L-threonine in fermentation broth. |
