titleOfInvention Electric Temperature-sensor with at least one Layer or Multi-layers and its Manufacturing Method thereof
abstract The electrical temperature sensor has a resistive layer containing platinum as the measuring resistance, which is coated on the electrically insulating surface of the ceramic substrate. For protection against contamination or damage, the resistive layer is a diffusion barrier layer on the opposite side of its ceramic substrate with an intermediate layer.n n n In the first embodiment, a platinum layer is applied as an electrode on the intermediate layer at intervals with respect to the resistance layer to protect the measurement resistance against the platinum layer, for example, floating silicon ions which may occur in the passivation layer.n n n In the second embodiment, an electric temperature sensor having a plurality of layers is considered. A cover layer is applied as a passivation layer on the intermediate layer, and in this type, the electrode is applied in the form of a platinum layer at a distance from the resistance layer. The intermediate layer useful as a diffusion barrier layer is made of ceramic, Al 2 O 3 , MgO or has tantalum oxide. Furthermore, it is possible to use a layered intermediate layer with a continuous layer of multiple oxides.
