abstract |
The present invention relates to a curable composition having reworking characteristics for use in the manufacture and assembly of circuit components and printed wiring boards. The curable composition of the present invention comprises at least one single- or multi-functional maleimide compound, or at least one single- or multi-functional vinyl compound in addition to the maleimide compound, or a combination of maleimide and vinyl compound, and a free-radical initiator Or photoinitiators, and optionally one or more fillers.
