titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of styrene-based thermoplastic resin excellent in chemical resistance
abstract In the present invention, 5 to 15 parts by weight of butadiene rubber and 20 to 40% by weight of vinyl cyanide component are contained in 100 parts by weight of an alkenyl aromatic compound, and 5 to 20 parts by weight of a styrene copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 50,000 to 300,000. The present invention relates to a method for producing a styrene-based thermoplastic resin having excellent chemical resistance, characterized in that the bulk is polymerized in a first reactor to obtain a solid content of 15 to 45% and then transferred to a second reactor to suspend polymerization. By polymerizing vinyl cyanide in a polymer form rather than a monomer form, the impact resistance and the chemical resistance can be improved.
