The present invention is to induce an optimal immune response against the envelope glycoproteins envelope 1 (E1) and envelope 2 (E2) and nonstructural proteins NS3, NS4 and NS5 using the DNA immune method , Internal ribosome entry sequence (IRS) such that granulocyte and macrophage-aggregation promoter factor genes (GM-CSF), together with the E1, E2 and NS genes of HCV, can be expressed in the same vector. By designing a delivery vector using the HCV DNA immunization method, it is possible to derive the optimal immune response to the E1, E2 and NS proteins of HCV. |
