A stabilized enzyme formulation containing at least one stabilizer selected from the group consisting of sodium salts, d) carboxymethylcellulose, and e) sodium alginate.n n n In addition, phytate is chemically crosslinked by a) chemical reaction with glutaraldehyde or b) oxidation of phytate carbohydrate moiety with sodium periodate followed by addition of adipic acid dihydrazide. Can be stabilized.
