abstract |
The perfluorinated hydrocarbon polymers according to the invention can be used as fillers in the preparation of adhesive compositions having excellent dielectric properties, ie very low conductivity. The composition of the present invention has excellent flowability in addition to low dielectric constant. The composition of the present invention can be used for a variety of purposes, such as the manufacture of adhesive compositions such as less sedimentation potential and excellent dispensing properties because of thixotropic properties. |
