titleOfInvention Vacuum dispensable silicone compositions
abstract The vacuum dispensable silicone composition of the present inventionn n n (A) polydiorganosiloxanes containing on average two or more silicon-bonded alkenyl groups per molecule;n n n (B) essentially (a) R 3 2 (CH 2 = CH) SiO 1/2 siloxane units, (b) R 3 3 SiO 1/2 siloxane units and (c) SiO 4/2 siloxane units, where R 3 is independently an organopolysiloxane resin consisting of a monovalent hydrocarbon or monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon group which is an aliphatic unsaturated member, wherein the sum of units (a) and (b) versus moles of unit (c) The ratio is 0.6 to 1.1, and the resin contains 1 to 5% by weight of the vinyl group;n n n (C) organohydrogen with an average of at least three silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule, in an amount sufficient to provide one to three silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms per alkenyl group in components (A) and (B) combined; Polysiloxanes;n n n (D) an adhesion promoter in an amount sufficient to adhere the composition to the substrate;n n n (E) hydrosilylation catalysts andn n n (F) A platinum catalyst inhibitor having a boiling point of at least 150 ° C. of 0.10 MPa in an amount sufficient to delay curing of the composition at ambient temperature, and is substantially free of air.
