titleOfInvention | Transformed Plant Culture Cells and Plants Producing Mouse Granulocyte-macrophage Colony Stimulating Protein |
abstract | The present invention introduces a recombinant DNA vector pGM prepared by inserting a mouse granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor gene into a plant transformation vehicle, pBI121, into an Agrobacterium tumer fasciency and using the Agrobacterium tumer fascience. The present invention relates to a plant culture cell and a higher plant that produce a mouse granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor protein prepared by introducing a mouse granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor gene through a wound site of the plant. According to the present invention, the production of mouse granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor protein has been applied to dicotyledonous higher plants including tobacco, Arabidopsis, edodes and tomatoes, thereby producing mouse granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor protein. |
