abstract The present invention relates to a method for treating a contaminant, by separating microorganisms from target wastewater, soil, and atmosphere, selecting an optimal bacterium through a resolution test of the target contaminant, and identifying the composition of the contaminant to establish an optimal medium composition of the isolated bacterium. After inoculating each of the optimum bacteria in the optimum medium individually, the cultured microorganisms are characterized in that the contaminated area.
