titleOfInvention | Method for preparing silk powder peptide by enzymatic digestion |
abstract | The present invention relates to the preparation of peptides in which silk fibroin is degraded by protease. Fibroin, a silk protein, was obtained by enzymatic digestion of silk (silk silk), and the solution obtained by dialysis by reacting it with calcium chloride and ethanol was digested with flavonzyme and actinase, protease, and then lyophilized. Fibroin peptides were prepared. These peptides have a molecular weight of 12,000-13,000 and a polymerization degree of 163, which shows 70% solubility at pH 1-13, so they have high absorption rate in the body, which is excellent in antioxidant activity and alcohol metabolism ability. It can contribute to the development of active substances. |
