titleOfInvention | Novel Green Luminescent Phosphors |
abstract | The present invention relates to a novel green light emitting phosphor, and more particularly, Tb (terbium) is used as an activator in constructing a green light emitting phosphor which is excited by an electron beam and exhibits an emission spectrum in the visible region. By adopting CaSnO 3 with a new structure as a new matrix composition, in particular, the use of expensive rare earth raw material Tb is minimized and the emission intensity is very excellent compared to the conventional green light emitting phosphor without containing sulfur (S). The present invention relates to a novel green light emitting phosphor that is very suitable for display tubes and has a useful effect that can be widely used in the display industry. |
