titleOfInvention | Natural Tolyrin Compound and Use as Anticancer Agent |
abstract | The present invention is a method of increasing the activity of anticancer agents by increasing cytotoxicity as a result of accumulating anticancer agents in cells by inhibiting the outflow of anticancer agents by increasing the activity of p-gp ATPase in the resistant cell line membranes. And use as an anticancer agent. The tolyrin compound of the present invention inhibits the proliferation of endothelial cells involved in angiogenesis, inhibits angiogenesis in CAM assays using chicks, and inhibits the activity and gene expression of matrix metalloprotease, a membrane lytic enzyme secreted by cancer cells. As it has an excellent effect of inhibiting cancer cell invasion, it is highly useful as a multifunctional anticancer agent. |
