titleOfInvention | Photoreactive monomer and polyimide precursor composition comprising the same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a reactive monomer represented by the following Chemical Formula 1, which has a high boiling point and is not thermally polymerized in a prebaking step, and has a photosensitive property that is increased by two or more times as compared with a conventional photoreactive monomer, and a method for preparing the same. In another aspect, the present invention provides a photosensitive polyimide precursor composition with increased crosslinking density and sensitivity consisting of the reactive monomer, polyimide precursor and photopolymerization initiator. The polyimide precursor composition may contain a photoreactive compound having a sensitizer and a carbon-carbon unsaturated group as needed:n n n n n n n n n n In Formula 1, A is dianhydride and R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 are monovalent organic groups having at least one aliphatic or aromatic unsaturated double bond. |
