titleOfInvention Method of producing a stain-proofing agent
abstract It can be applied to the parts of clothing that are well worn and not easily washed, such as the sleeve or neck of the shirt, to prevent contamination. There is disclosed a method of manufacturing a multi-purpose anti-fouling agent that can prevent contamination and moisture. The antifouling agent according to the present invention emulsifies dimethylsilane in ethyl alcohol using nonylphenylamineethylene oxide as an emulsifier. Next, a fluorine resin emulsion solution is prepared by emulsifying the fluorine resin with water using a nonionic emulsifier. Thereafter, the emulsions emulsified in alcohol and water are placed in mixing tanks in equal proportions, respectively, and the vessel is sealed, and the reaction proceeds at a temperature of about 60 ° C. The resulting solution is mixed with an acrylic copolymer emulsion having a solid content of 40% by an amount equivalent to 10% of the solution. Thereafter, a vinyl acetate emulsion solution having a solid content of 40% is added in an amount corresponding to 10% of the mixed solution, stirred at room temperature, and further mixed by adding an aliphatic amine derivative at a volume ratio of about 0.1% as an antistatic agent. After dropping the temperature of the solution thus obtained to 20 ° C., the perfume emulsified in pure water by 30% by volume is added and mixed.
