titleOfInvention Artificial marble based on glass plates having multiple color patterns and a process for preparation thereof.
abstract The present invention relates to a multi-colored patterned artificial marble made of glass for interior and exterior of a building that exhibits a variety of natural marble patterns on its surface based on a glass plate, and an improved invention of the present patent application No. 98-5638 regarding the manufacturing method thereof. To 20% to 50% of silica (SiO 2 ), 0.1% to 70% of lead oxide (PbO), and 5% to 15% of boron oxide (B 2 O 3 ), based on the entire composition of the printing layer formed on one surface of the transparent glass. 0.1 to 7% of alkali metal oxide (R 2 O), 0.1 to 5% of alkali metal fluoride, 0.1 to 6% of group IV metal oxide (RO 2 ), and 5 to 15% of pigment (Pig). A mixture of lubricants is added in an appropriate amount so as to form a pigment, and an acrylic resin as a binder in solvent naphtha, cyclohexanone, and a drying agent, ethyl-3-epoxy propionate, which is a solvent of Patent No. 98-5638, filed by the applicant. Example: methacryl resin), vinyl resin mixed After printing by silkscreen printing or transfer paper printing on one side of glass, the glass is heated at 400 ~ 900 ℃ for 1 ~ 10 minutes, and the pigment is fused and penetrated to one side of glass with the same composition as glass. As it is adsorbed, the printing layer is not thickened or peeled off, and thus the vivid pattern color such as natural marble is not permanently discolored or deteriorated from sunlight, thereby increasing the user's reliability.
