titleOfInvention Process for producing vinyl chloride resin having excellent processability
abstract In the method of the present invention, 0.05 to 2.0 parts by weight of the protective colloid preparation and 0.03 to 0.2 of the organic peroxide or sulfate-based polymerization initiator are first added to 100 parts by weight of the copolymer of water and a vinyl chloride monomer or a comonomer mixture copolymerizable with vinyl chloride monomer. 0.01 parts by weight to 1.0 parts by weight of the hydrogen ion concentration regulator in the polymerization reaction phase is added to the reactor and reacted while adjusting the polymerization reaction temperature by the method proposed in the present invention to obtain a vinyl chloride resin slurry. The obtained vinyl chloride resin slurry is removed by water through a normal fluidized bed drying process to prepare a vinyl chloride resin having excellent processability.
