abstract | The present invention is to provide a method for synthesizing methyl (2S, 3R) -2-[(N-benzoylamino) methyl] -3-hydroxybutanoate.n n n Conventionally, methyl (2S, 3R) -2-[(N-benzoylamino) methyl] -3-oxobutanoate is methyl (2S, 3R) -2-[(N-benzoylamino) methyl] -3-hydrate In synthesizing oxybutanoate, there was a disadvantage in that a high pressure reactor was produced and used in order to proceed with the reaction under a high pressure of 100 atm of hydrogen.n n n In the present invention, by using a gas circulation reactor, methyl (2S, 3R) -2-[(N-benzoylamino) methyl] -3-hydroxybutanoate can be synthesized in a conventional yield under mild conditions of 50 atmospheres of hydrogen. As a result, the device cost can be significantly reduced. |
