titleOfInvention Styrene-based resin composition excellent in drawing property and moldability
abstract The styrene-based thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention is a graft copolymer (I) obtained by copolymerizing a vinyl cyanide compound (A) and an aromatic vinyl compound (S) in a rubbery polymer (B), and the vinyl cyanide compound (A) and an aromatic vinyl. Copolymer (II) composed of compound (S), and vinyl cyanide compound (A), aromatic vinyl compound (S), and vinyl-based mercaptan compound (M) copolymerize to copolymer (III) having a nonlinear structure. Is done. The copolymer (I) or (II) may further include another monomer (E) copolymerizable with the vinyl cyanide compound (A) and the aromatic vinyl compound (S) to form a copolymer. As for the content rate of the said copolymer (I), (II), and (III), the range of 25-40: 25-40: 25-50 is preferable. The weight average molecular weight of the copolymer (II) is in the range of 120,000 to 600,000, and the copolymer (III) contains 0.0001 to 5 parts by weight of the vinyl mercaptan compound (M), and has a weight average molecular weight of 180,000 or more and 0.6 or more. It is preferable to have intrinsic viscosity.
