titleOfInvention | Display element employing photoconductive composition and photoconductive film formed therefrom |
abstract | The present invention relates to a display element employing a photoconductive composition and a photoconductive film formed therefrom. The photoconductive composition includes an electron donor, an electron acceptor, a charge transfer material, a surfactant, and a solvent. The electron donor material is polyvinyl cinnamate of Chemical Formula 1. Or a derivative thereof.n n n n n n n n n n Wherein X 1 , X 2 , X 3 , X 4 and X 5 are electron donating groups independently selected in each case, and are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy and NR 2 groups. (Wherein R is an alkyl group) and n is a number from 1 to 8. In the photoconductive composition according to the present invention, polyvinyl acetate and its derivatives, which are organic photoconductors, have very high thermal decomposition properties, so that there is almost no residue after firing. The deterioration of image quality can be effectively suppressed. |
