titleOfInvention Itraconazole oral composition having increased solubility and dissolution rate using saccharides and preparation method thereof
abstract The present invention relates to an oral composition of itraconazole having increased solubility and dissolution rate of itraconazole, which is one of the antifungal agents having low solubility in aqueous solution, a pharmaceutical preparation containing the composition as a main component, and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to an itraconazole oral preparation containing sugar as a main component to reduce the particle size and change the crystallinity of the poorly soluble drug itraconazole, and to increase the solubility and dissolution rate.
