abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing a synthetic leather having a texture of high-quality natural leather, excellent in wear resistance, weather resistance, hydrolysis resistance and flame resistance.n n n According to the present invention, a method of manufacturing durable wet synthetic leather according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, wet coating a polynostic fabric 11 with a polyurethane coating composition containing a polycarbonate-based polyurethane and constructing a surface thereof. After the skin film layer is formed separately using a skin film composition including a polycarbonate-based polyurethane, the skin film layer is laminated on the fabric 11 wet-coated with the polyurethane coating composition, and dried. It is made of synthetic leather in the order of carrying out the post-treatment, such as aging and flame retardant treatment and wool treatment.n n n Therefore, there is an effect of providing a synthetic leather having a texture of high-quality natural leather, excellent in wear resistance, weather resistance, hydrolysis resistance and flame resistance. |
