titleOfInvention | Production of Chitin and Chitosan Oligomers Using Purified Enzyme from Chicken Sandbags |
abstract | The present invention relates to the production of chitin and chitosan oligomers by extracting and purifying chitin degrading enzymes from sand bags of chickens and using the same.n n n The sandbags of the chicken were separated into contents, mucosal tissues and mucosal tissues, and the chitinase was extracted from each of them. The chitinase activity was observed in all of them. Activity was shown. The chitinase was extracted and the chitinase activity was measured. The reaction time and temperature were 2 hours and 50 ℃, respectively. The optimum pH and thermal stability were different depending on the activities of endochitinase and β-acetylglucosaminidase. When reacted for 18 hours under optimal conditions, 650 µg / mg-protein 18h of chitin oligomer was produced, and 6 g of chitosan oligomer was obtained from 30 g of chicken gizzard. |
