titleOfInvention Catalyst for exhaust purification of automobile
abstract A catalyst for purifying an exhaust gas of automobiles in which at least one promoter selected from the group consisting of a transition metal, an alkaline earth metal and an oxide thereof and a noble metal are supported on a support, wherein the support is a zirconium oxide, chromium oxide, aluminum oxide, A catalyst for purifying an exhaust gas of an automobile, wherein the catalyst is an oxidative carrier impregnated with at least one metal oxide selected from magnesium oxide and silicon oxide. The catalyst according to the present invention has excellent oxidation inhibiting activity against sulfur dioxide. Therefore, it has an advantage that various adverse effects due to the oxidation of sulfur dioxide, such as acid rain, increase of particulate pollutants, deterioration of the catalyst, and the like can be prevented.
