titleOfInvention | Motion Artifact Suppression Filters for Computed Tomography Systems |
abstract | The motor artifact filter 74 includes a high pass filter 322 for generating a signal indicative of the movement of the patient based on the approximate projection data signal PDS. The motion correction signal MCA is generated by subtracting 332 portions 328, 330, EX, W, ERR of the high frequency signal HF from the associated projection data signals PDS, PAR. These portions 328, 330, EX, W, ERR increase when the projection angle approaches the start angle and decreases when near the intermediate angle. |
