titleOfInvention | Outer membrane protein gene of Helicobacter pylori and recombinant microorganism expressing the same |
abstract | The present invention relates to an 18kDa outer membrane protein (Omp18) gene of Helicobacter pylori and recombinant microorganisms expressing the same. More specifically, the present invention uses a novel outer membrane protein (Omp18) gene isolated from Helicobacter pylori, an expression vector comprising the same, an electric expression vector, and a large amount of recombinant outer membrane protein (Omp18) having antigenicity and immunogenicity. And the use of electrorecombinant outer membrane proteins that can be used for vaccines of Helicobacter pylori infection. Since the recombinant outer membrane protein (Omp18) prepared in the present invention maintains the same level of antigenicity and immunogenicity as the native outer membrane protein (native Omp18), the vaccine is effective for the prevention and treatment of diseases caused by Helicobacter pylori infection. It can be used as a component and can also be used for the production of antibodies against Helicobacter pylori. |
