titleOfInvention Nonionic Vitamin E Derivatives and Methods for Making the Same, and Amphiphilic Polymer Baccicles Having Antioxidant Activity Formed Using the Same
abstract The present invention relates to a nonionic vitamin E derivative capable of forming an amphiphilic polymer vesicle and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the nonionic vitamin E or poly represented by the following general formula (I) capable of forming an amphiphilic polymer vesicle having improved thermodynamic stability and excellent in vivo compatibility and having antioxidant bioactive activity. Ethoxylated vitamin E derivatives and methods for their preparation, and amphipathic polymer vesicles obtained therefrom:n n n n n n n n n n In which n is an integer from 0 to 30;n n n A is -CH 2 -CH (CH 3 )-or -CH = C (CH 3 )-;n n n B is —CH 3 bonded to at least one of the 5-, 7- and 8- positions;n n n m is an integer of 1 to 3;n n n R is an acrylate derivative and a methacrylate derivative represented by the following general formula (II).n n n n n n n n n n Wherein R 1 is H or CH 3 .
