abstract When the present invention is coated on the inner surface of the mouthpiece tube (Examples 32-33 and Comparative Examples 34-35), the total amount of drug remaining can be reduced to approximately 16.5%.n n n All three specimens (Examples 36-38) were tested as described above. The results summarized in Table 7 show that the stainless steel nozzles are coated with the present invention by a 33% reduction in the amount of working residue compared to the unchanged standard actuators and a 24% reduction compared to the actuators of uncoated stainless steel nozzles.n n n Various modifications and variations of the present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and it will be understood that the invention is not unduly limited to the schematic embodiments set forth above.
