| abstract |
The cement product in the form of a monolayer tile slab or block to be subsequently cut into the slab form is a combined mixture formed by a granulated stone mixture having a selected particle size and 0.25 to 0.36 parts by weight of plasticizer for water, cement and cement slurry with respect to cement. The amount of binding mixture added is slightly over the amount corresponding to the pore portion of the granulated material, and the mold containing the mixture layer of predetermined thickness is subjected to a very short degassing step under high vacuum and subsequent to lower vacuum. By a method and apparatus that undergo a vibration step and then the mold undergoes a solidification and curing step. |
