titleOfInvention | Postcondensation process of condensers, in particular polyamide 6.6 |
abstract | The present invention relates to a single stage postcondensation of condensers, in particular polyamide 6.6 particulates, in a fluidized bed reactor (1). During this process, the partial stream of carrier gas in which nitrogen (N 2 ) is used as the carrier gas is removed from the main stream at a temperature of 20 to 230 ° C., and of the humidified carrier gas through the gas scrubber 15 charged with water. The partial stream is delivered in a manner that returns to the main stream of carrier gas at a condensation point of 10 to 80 ° C. (100% relative humidity). The return of the partial stream of carrier gas is stopped during the cooling phase of the particulates. After cooling, the particulates are removed and used directly in other applications. The method achieves the desired viscosity, and the precisely defined humidity level in the polymer, which is important for subsequent processing. |
