abstract | Processes for making soy milk and sewage, in particular improved grinding methods of impregnated soybeans, are disclosed. In this method, the impregnated soybean is chopped in a device having a rotating blade to obtain particles having an average diameter of less than about 100 μm, and the soybean particles are pulverized with a device that generates friction shear stress. Preparing a soybean slurry, and pulverizing the impregnated soybean by separating the water soluble component in the slurry from the water insoluble component to obtain soy milk and bean curd. The soy milk and bean curd obtained had a refreshing flavor and a mild taste. |
