titleOfInvention | How to use waste tungsten for surface treatment by arc welding |
abstract | Various tips and tools of discarded tungsten and defects generated in the process of manufacturing them are made into pieces of a certain size and pulverized to obtain tungsten particles in the range of 1 mesh to 100 mesh to obtain tungsten particles in the range of 1 mesh to 100 mesh tungsten particles. A cemented carbide layer is formed from a cemented carbide composition containing a large range of tungsten particles, in turn, by an electric welding such as a bulk welding method or a CO 2 welding method on a base metal such as a high carbon steel sheet or a general mild steel sheet. Method of forming a cemented carbide layer with a tungsten carbide composition comprising a tungsten grain size of the cemented carbide layer with a cemented carbide composition containing tungsten particles of a smaller particle size in the order of forming a cemented carbide layer. |
