titleOfInvention | Rat 2 fibroblast cell line producing Ras protein capable of evaluating the efficacy of the farnesyl transferase inhibitor and its preparation method |
abstract | The present invention relates to a Rat 2 fibroblast cell line producing a fusion protein combining the H-Ras protein and the N-Ras protein, a method for preparing the same, and a use thereof.n n n More specifically, the present invention is a fusion protein (hereinafter referred to as H-Ras-N-Ras protein) which combines the consensus sequence of the amino terminus of the H-Ras protein with the specific sequence of the carboxy terminus of the N-Ras protein, An expression vector capable of expressing in a mammalian cell, a transformed Rat 2 fibroblast cell line producing the same, and a method for preparing the same, wherein the cell line of the present invention acts on panesyl transferase which is associated with carcinogenicity of Ras protein. It can be usefully used to evaluate the efficacy of the inhibitor. |
