titleOfInvention | Searching for antagonists that bind proteins containing SH2 sites involved in cell signaling |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method of searching for an antagonist acting on an SH2 site by using a protein comprising an SH2 site that binds to alkaline phosphatase (AP). Specifically, the present invention is a fusion protein (hereinafter abbreviated as Ap-SrcSH2 fusion protein) that combines a protein containing an SH2 site involved in cell signaling process with alkaline phosphatase, which can be produced in large quantities in E. coli. The present invention relates to a method for preparing a vector, an AP-SH2 fusion protein, and an antagonist that acts on an SH2 site using alkaline phosphatase. Modulators and the like that act on the delivery process can be effectively screened. |
