titleOfInvention Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic containing polyoxyethylene alkyl ether as base component
abstract The present invention relates to a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic external preparation containing polyoxyethylene alkyl ether as a base component. More specifically, the present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory and analgesic external preparation composition which contains a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic drug as an active ingredient and a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether as a base component to introduce the electric drug into the skin at high concentration during external application. . The nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic external preparations of the present invention are penetrated into the skin in large amounts by the polyoxyethylene alkyl ether contained as a base component, compared to the conventional nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic external preparations. Therefore, not only the amount of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug active ingredients included in the external preparation of the present invention can be reduced, but also a compound having low drug efficacy can be used as a drug, which is economical.
