abstract | The present invention relates to a biodegradable polyolefin crosslinked foam composition and a method for producing the same. The present invention relates to a biodegradable polyolefin-based crosslinked foam having improved biodegradability by high filling of natural polymers such as starch and cellulose in order to prevent pollution due to a large amount of foam disposal, thereby solving the problem of compatibility between natural polymer and polyolefin. On the other hand, an object of the present invention is to provide a biodegradable polyolefin-based crosslinked foam in which physical properties such as high elasticity and high magnification of the foam are not significantly reduced. The biodegradable polyolefin crosslinked foamed product of the present invention comprises a composition such as a starch-based natural polymer, a polyolefin resin to which an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer having a hydrophilic group is added, a blowing agent, a crosslinking agent, and a photodegradable additive for promoting decomposition of the blowing agent. do.n n n Biodegradable polyolefin-based cross-linking foam of the present invention is excellent in physical properties compared to other degradable foams and can be manufactured inexpensively, and can be applied to various fields such as packaging materials, leisure goods, industrial goods, household goods. |
