titleOfInvention Inspection device using measuring element, arm device and circumferential movement device
abstract According to the present invention, the inspection of the stator winding can be carried out relatively easily and accurately without taking out the rotating body from the stator itself, and the inspection work can be completed in a short time. The solution of the rotating electric stator winding includes a probe (1) including a measuring element (1a), an arm device (10), and a circumferential surface circumferential movement device (40). The arm device 10 includes an arm link portion 11 (preferred portion of the tip link member 11a and the female posture retaining mechanism 14) supporting the probe 1, and the male and female relating to the drive of the female link portion 11. The payment part 12 (the guide rail 25 is a main part) and the arm drive mechanism 13 are provided. The arm drive mechanism 13 moves the arm link portion 11 along the guide rails 25, and the angle toward the measurement position P side of the stator winding 103a with respect to the axial direction of the rotating body 130 is shown. The tip link member 11a protrudes from the guide rail 25. The female posture holding | maintenance mechanism 14 is provided with the link wire 21 and the spring 22 as a recessed part, and maintains the female posture of the front end link body 11a after protruding from the guide rail 25 in linear form.
