abstract | According to the present invention, a polyester composition containing 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a polyoxyalkylene glycol or a derivative thereof and 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of an ionic organic compound based on 100 parts by weight of a polyester matrix is completed through a conventional polymerization and preparation process. Provided is a method for producing an antistatic polyester fiber, wherein the fibers are heat treated at a temperature of 70 ° C. to 150 ° C. for 1 to 24 hours. Application of this method makes it possible to produce polyester fibers which are excellent in antistatic properties and retain such antistatic properties for a long time. |
