titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of nutrient fertilizer using food waste and manure
abstract The present invention relates to a method for rapidly preparing non-toxic nutritional fertilizers by mixing organic wastes, such as food waste, manure or phosphate, with quicklime, and putting them in a rotary processing container to digest them. Kinds of workpieces are screwed into the inner circumferential wall (1a) and placed in the rotary processing tank (1) equipped with an inlet (3) and an ejector (4) in the inlet (2) to add water vapor to about 60% water content. Inject quicklime in the range of 30-50% of the total amount of the workpiece, slowly rotate the processing container for 1-2 hours, remove the contents, send the processed material to the storage, cool it to room temperature, and then grind it and wrap it through post-treatment. It is a manufacturing method, and by manufacturing fertilizer, it is easy to process organic excreta, can make organic excreta resources, and provide nutritional fertilizer that can increase intellect. It will be able to produce at low cost.
