The present invention relates to a lithium secondary battery, and more particularly, includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator interposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, wherein at least one metal of the positive electrode is formed between the central portion and the surface portion. A positive electrode active material including lithium-metal oxide having a continuous concentration gradient, the negative electrode including a ceramic coating layer on at least one surface, and the separator comprising a base film and a ceramic coating layer included on at least one surface of the base film. It relates to a lithium secondary battery having remarkably improved lifespan characteristics and excellent penetration durability by including the present invention. |
