abstract | The method for producing red ginseng liquid of the present invention includes a first step of treating a mixture containing fresh ginseng and a solvent at high temperature and high pressure under conditions of 0.1 to 0.3 MPa and 100 to 150 ° C; and a second step of pulverizing and mixing the treated mixture using a high shear mixer having a rotor/stator set. The red ginseng liquid prepared according to the manufacturing method of the present invention contains high contents of Rg3 and compound K, and exhibits excellent anticancer activity, blood pressure regulation activity, antioxidant activity, and immune enhancing activity. In addition, the red ginseng liquid prepared according to the manufacturing method of the present invention contains red ginseng nanoparticles of an appropriate particle size, so it has excellent dispersibility and mixing properties, and can be easily absorbed during oral administration. In addition, the manufacturing method according to the present invention has a simpler process compared to the traditional red ginseng manufacturing method, so the time can be shortened. |
