titleOfInvention Terminal and power line automatic crimping device for easy mass production
abstract In the present invention, when manually crimping through a crimping machine, when a worker's mistake or a beginner crimping, lack of know-how does not press it in the correct position, it is deviated to the side, or the crimping is not pressed to the end, so the power line is loosely fixed. If contact failure occurs in the terminals to be connected, heat is generated intensively on some of the dozens of copper strands inside the power line, which can cause a fire. Consists of a spiral terminal alignment module, a power supply module, a crimping unit, and a smart control unit in order to improve the problem of requiring a lot of presses and constantly pressing the crimper, which puts strain on the operator's arms and cannot complete the work in a short time. As a result, a series of processes of automatically aligning a large number of terminals and sleeve terminals in a certain direction, positioning them one by one, and supplying and crimping power lines to the terminals and sleeve terminals placed one by one is automated, thereby automating a large amount of terminals and sleeve terminals in a short time. The purpose is to provide a terminal terminal and an automatic power line crimping device that can be easily produced that can maximize work efficiency by crimping and fixing to a power line, improve a worker's working environment, and reduce labor costs.
