Provided is a nonwoven fabric having excellent handling properties when wet even at a low basis weight, high adhesion, and excellent feel, and a product using the same, such as a sheet impregnated with a chemical solution. A nonwoven fabric according to the present invention is a nonwoven fabric composed of regenerated cellulose-based fibers having a fiber diameter of 0.5 μm or more and 10.0 μm or less, wherein the nonwoven fabric has a dry surface roughness of 100 μm or less and a dry formation index of 250 or less, and the initial tensile strength of the transverse direction of the nonwoven fabric when wet is 0.25 N/50 mm or more and 0.75 N/50 mm or less. |
