abstract The disclosed multifunctional ultra-fast-setting polyurea composition includes a main part and a curing agent part. The main part includes 50 to 90% by weight of polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate, 5 to 45% by weight of a phosphorus-based flame retardant, and 0.5 to 5% by weight of cement. The curing agent part, 50 to 95% by weight of polyoxypropylene glycerol triether, 1 to 10% by weight of 4,4'-methylenebis (N-sec-butylaniline), 2 to 48% by weight of a phosphorus-based flame retardant, and 0.1 to 2% by weight of a catalyst contains %. The coating film formed of the multifunctional ultra-fast-setting polyurea composition can prevent pinhole formation, has excellent adhesion to the concrete surface, and has excellent antibacterial and antifungal performance.
