abstract | A liquid crystal display device according to an embodiment of the present invention applies a color filter on TFT (COT) structure in which a color filter is formed on a thin film transistor of an array substrate in an ultra-large model, and a common line is formed at the boundary of sub-pixels adjacent to each other. It is possible to improve transmittance and aperture ratio by arranging and sharing circuit parts such as gate lines in BS (Black Strip) regions of different boundaries. In addition, it is possible to prevent a red eye defect in a super large model in which it is difficult to reduce the BS area. |
