abstract The present invention relates to a method for realizing the surface of a water-repellent and oil-repellent substrate using a cross-linked PDMS derivative. By using a cross-linked PDMS derivative in which some substituents substituted for silicone are composed of hydrogen, the wettability of the coating agent on the substrate is significantly improved, and sufficient water and oil repellency can be imparted without using other additional components, so oil vapor recovery can be achieved. Can be useful for gizmos/equipment, pipes, hoods, etc.
