abstract | The present invention relates to a film-coated tablet for treating gastrointestinal diseases, comprising famotidine, magnesium hydroxide, and precipitated calcium carbonate as active ingredients, and more particularly, famotidine, magnesium hydroxide, and precipitated calcium carbonate as active ingredients. It relates to a film-coated tablet for treating gastrointestinal diseases, wherein the active ingredient forms granules using starch as a binder, and the granules are mixed with sugar. Unlike conventional chewable tablets, the present invention does not need to be chewed, so there is no concern about inhibition or avoidance due to bitter taste, and it solves the problem of dissolution, which has been a problem in the meantime, and exhibits excellent dissolution rate and bioavailability. It also shows excellent effects on hardness, which can be a problem during storage or handling. |
