abstract An apparatus for selectively removing perfluorinated compounds according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a reaction unit including a plurality of electrodes and granular activated carbon filled between the electrodes, and adsorbs and electrooxidizes perfluorinated compounds contained in raw water. Adsorption electro-oxidation tank that oxidizes and decomposes through; a power supply unit that supplies power to the adsorption electro-oxidation tank; and a water head control pipe unit for maintaining the water level in the reaction unit at or above the reaction height of the electrode.
