Sodium Hyaluronate Salt Nano Fabric Sheet and Preparation Method thereof |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a hyaluronate nanofabric sheet and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to a hyaluronate nanofabric sheet having excellent percutaneous absorption and physical properties and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the hyaluronate nanofabric sheet of the present invention is (a) a hyaluronate having a weight average molecular weight of 5 × 10 3 ~ 5 × 10 4 Da and a weight average molecular weight of 1 × 10 5 ~ 1 × 10 6 Da Preparing a hyaluronate aqueous solution by mixing phosphorus hyaluronate and dissolving in water; and (b) electrospinning the aqueous solution of hyaluronate. The hyaluronate nanofabric sheet of the present invention is composed of ultra-low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, so it has excellent transdermal absorption rate, and a certain amount of medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid is mixed, so it has excellent mechanical properties. It can be applied for various purposes, such as ophthalmic or mucosal drug delivery systems. |
