abstract The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of soft, lightweight new material sweater clothing and clothing manufactured thereby, wherein any one selected from polypropylene spun yarn, nylon filament yarn, and polyurethane spun yarn is passed through a disinfectant application unit to apply a disinfectant, and then 1st step of drying and supplying with covering yarn; A second step of manufacturing elastic yarn using any one selected from the group consisting of polyurethane foam products, PBT, and PTT as a raw material and supplying it to screening; a third step of manufacturing an elastic composite yarn by wrapping the elastic yarn with the covering yarn using a covering machine in a state where the elastic yarn is stretched 1 to 3 times; Step 4 of supplying the elastic composite yarn to an antibacterial agent applicator and then immersing it in an antibacterial composition and aging it; Step 5 of drawing out the elastic composite yarn obtained in step 4 and then drying it while passing it through a drying furnace; Step 6 of weaving a fabric by supplying the elastic composite yarn dried in step 5 to a knitting machine; Step 7 of arranging a pattern on the fabric woven in step 6, marking along the outline of the pattern, and cutting along the marked line to make front, back, and sleeve fabric parts; Step 8 of manufacturing a finished clothing product by sewing and connecting the front, back, and sleeve fabric parts obtained in step 7 above.
